Before working for Dumpsters.com, Lauren was in retail sales and was primarily responsible for marketing, customer service and event planning.

Success story

A retail customer was nervous about renting a dumpster. Those concerns ranged from delivery times and placement to being on-site for placement and a quick turnaround time. Lauren was empathetic with the customer regarding their concerns and took the time to talk through any hesitations. She reached out to the hauler to provide detailed information on delivery instructions and special needs. Lauren also kept the customer in the loop by responding quickly to calls, text and emails, ensuring that the delivery and pickup processes went smoothly.

Outside of Work

Lauren is an outdoor enthusiast. Her big interests include hiking, backpacking, camping, biking and kayaking.
