Can I request an exact delivery date?
Yes, we'll do our best to get you a dumpster on your requested day, especially if it's within five business days of your order. However, our inventory determines our exact delivery dates. As a result, we recommend reaching out a few days before your project begins to ensure we can hit your delivery timeline.
What's included in my dumpster rate?
We combine the common dumpster rental costs into a bundled rate. This includes standard expenses, like fuel and rental period, as well as variable expenses, like disposal fees and weight limits.
Do I need any permits to rent a dumpster in Houston?
A permit is usually required if you want to place the container in a public right-of-way, like the street or sidewalk. Contact the city of Houston for more information on getting an Encroachment Permit.
Where does dumpster trash go?
Houston area trash is often taken to the Greenhouse Road Landfill, located at 3510 Greenhouse Road.
What happens if I toss a prohibited item?
Tossing prohibited items may prevent us from collecting the bin, which will result in a failed trip fee. If we take a dumpster with prohibited items to the landfill, they will discover the items while sorting your trash and charge a contamination fee.
How do I avoid trip fees?
Ensure that the delivery area is clear of cars, basketball hoops and other obstructions when we come for delivery. Before pick up, make sure the debris is not hanging over the side or stacked above the top of the dumpster — you'll be charged a trip fee to cover fuel costs and route delays if the driver cannot drop off or pick up your dumpster.
What items are allowed in a dumpster?
We accept most household waste like furniture, appliances and yard waste. Just make sure you tell us what you're tossing when you order so we get the right container for you.
